It is so wonderful after the last two years to be able to host weddings and celebrations again. The year has kicked off to a good start with two weddings already using our new Cattle Shed and a few more booked in for the rest of the year.

2022 is turning out to be an extra special year for weddings at College Farm with both of our daughters getting married here this summer. Our younger daughter married at St Martin's in mid-May followed by a reception back at College Farm. They followed a similar format to our wedding back in 1985 where all the guests walked back to the house after the service. The church was full to the brim and the lusty singing could be heard throughout the village. The sun shone on what was the hottest day of the year and we danced on the lawn and partied far too late into the night - there were several sore heads the next morning!

If you are newly engaged and looking for a wedding venue, then please get in touch with us. We can host weddings from 2 people to 100 people. We have several options and if you are planning a smaller wedding then our new Cattle Shed could be perfect for you. The Cattle Shed is our newly restored rustic barn that can hold up to 70 guests and is licensed for ceremonies. Next to the Cattle Shed is The Goat Shed, our newly restored barn that has been reimagined as a boutique cottage with a super king size bed, free standing bath, separate en suite bathroom, kitchen, sitting area & log burning stove. There is also a landscaped courtyard surrounded by the Goat & Cattle Sheds facing west to catch our amazing Norfolk sunsets.

The Government announced recently that weddings can now take place outdoors without the need to come inside to sign the legal paperwork and we have lots of lovely spots for an outdoor wedding.
