Spring Cleaning
The weather is gradually improving, the skies are blue, the sun is shining and all is well in Norfolk. We've been taking the opportunity during these quieter months to spruce up the rooms and make a few improvements, as well as making good progress with our new cottage - The End Shed. With the lovely windy spring weather we've been having I've also taken the opportunity to wash everything in my linen cupboard so it's all line fresh & ready for our guests. Nothing beats the smell of line dried bed linen. As always, I'm also recipe testing and we've got a few new dishes to offer our guests if they choose to eat in.
