Who can believe it will be December next week and how can it be the end of the year already?! After a glorious autumn with lots of sunshine, winter has well & truly arrived in Norfolk with cold weather and crisp frosts in the morning. We have stocked up on logs and are keeping our fires lit all day so you can be guaranteed a warm welcome when you arrive at College Farm. What could be nicer than a slice of homemade cake in front of the fire after a bracing walk in the Norfolk countryside.

Progress on our barn conversion is slow but steady and we are hoping that our boutique holiday cottage (The Goat Shed) and party barn (The Cattle Shed) will be ready for guests early in the new year. Once the Cattle Shed is finished we will be able to offer the space for gatherings up to 75 people - perfect for smaller weddings & parties, especially once we have landscaped the courtyard. We are already stockpiling plants so we will be ready to plant out the courtyard as soon as the builders have left.

We are closed, as usual, over Christmas & New Year but we still have some vacancies if you fancy a trip to Norfolk before then or would like to have something to look forward to in the new year. Bring your coats & boots and come for a few days to blow away the cobwebs and walk off all those Christmas calories.
