As I write this, looking out of the window of my office over the walled garden to the ponds, I can see the leaves have turned and autumn has finally arrived. We have had our busiest year ever and I want to thank each & everyone of you who has visited us this year. We are lucky to have had both old and new guests staying for B&B and many couples who have chosen College Farm to celebrate their weddings.

We have at last begun work on The End Shed - our latest & final building project. It is hoped this will be ready by Easter weekend next year when we have a wedding booked that needs this extra accommodation for a guest with limited mobility. I hope to be able to post updates of the building work on Instagram & Facebook, as well as here, to keep you up to date with the progress.

Mr B&B finally retired in May this year and I'm delighted to have him here full time to help around the house & garden. You will see in the photograph above there is a ladder leaning against the house - this was part of his maintenance inspection of the house. Now we are in our quieter period with less guests we are able to do a few repairs & DIY jobs around the house & garden. First on the list was a new bed & headboard for Richard's Room.
