When Katharine’s family lived at College Farm, this was the original ‘spare room’, boasting lovely views over the garden. Recently redesigned by London-based interior designer Harriet Nicholls, it has a super-king-sized bed (which can be configured as two twin beds) and an en-suite loo. Guests also have access to an additional private shower room one pace across the landing, stocked with toiletries from Norfolk Natural Living.
