Edward’s room (so called as this was Katharine’s brother Edward’s childhood bedroom) is our smallest and cosiest room, with a lovely big floor-to-ceiling window looking out over the walled garden and views across the ponds. Located on the first floor, the room comes with a king-size bed, an en suite shower room and a small wardrobe.
Our largest and most private bedroom, Richard’s room belonged to Katharine’s brother Richard when they grew up here at College Farm, The room faces west and looks out over the front lawn and fields beyond the house. It comes with a super-king bed (which can also be configured as two twin beds), a spacious en suite shower room, a walk in wardrobe and a bookcase running along the length of one wall - which you’re welcome to dip into.
The Spare Room
This was the original ‘spare room’ when Katharine’s family lived at College Farm; a beautiful wood-panelled room with windows looking out over the front lawn and fields. It comes with a super-king bed (which can also be configured as two twin beds), an en suite loo and basin and a hanging cupboard. There is an additional private shower room one pace across the landing.
