I am pleased to announce that we have now become a Wolsey Lodge. Our details are live on their website and we are very excited to join this wonderful network of B&Bs. It will be great to have their support as we all try and pick up the pieces again after lockdown.

Welcomed by llamas amongst Norfolk’s famous ‘pingos’

‘Pingos’, small lakes left over from the last ice age, are what makes this part of Norfolk unique, and College Farm has several in its grounds. But this fantastic B&B has far more to recommend it. Established as a Chantry after the medieval Black Death, history lives on in every beam. The grounds are extensive, covering 17 acres, and are home to llamas and alpacas, all friendly and named, a number of chickens (all called Mrs Hen) and a small flock of sheep. The house itself is a delight, with super-modern plumbing, very comfortable beds, and every room has character. From the home-made cakes that greet new arrivals to the end of your stay the experience is tranquil and relaxing.
